Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are Rit Concept products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
